About Chantelle Yowfoo
Chantelle started her career as a research analyst at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto. She then went on to complete her undergraduate degree in Linguistics before going on to earn a post graduate certificate in education. She then taught children from the ages of 5 to 16 with East Kent Health Needs Education Services, working with children who were unable to attend mainstream school due to physical, mental or emotional conditions.
She earned her post graduated diploma in Speech and Language Therapy in 2011 before becoming a full member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. Chantelle is a qualified member of the Health and Care Professionals Council, having worked as speech and Language therapist for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues since 2013. She is also a member of ALD Clinical Excellence Network (CEN) and Mental Health CEN.
