Stephanie graduated from Coventry university with a BSc first class honours degree in Occupational Therapy in 2012. Practice placements included physical and brain injury as well as working with children with autism and sensory processing difficulties within a sensory integrative model. Stephanie has been with the company for 2 years working with adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs, within both a hospital and residential setting. Stephanie has a specialist interest in sensory integration. She has began her masters and is sensory integration trained to level 1.
She provides consultation advice as well as assessment and treatment interventions based around meeting occupational needs and independent living as well as sensory integration. Stephanie works alongside and supervises activity co-ordinators and provides company training in autism, activity provision and Positive behaviour support. Stephanie is involved in an outpatients autism diagnostics service where she provides sensory profiles.
