At Danshell we are experienced in dealing with emergency referrals and manage them quickly and efficiently to ensure the transition for the service user is as smooth as possible. An initial desk top assessment will be completed to assess the suitability of admission to our services and verbal feedback will be given as soon as possible. A full care plan will be sent within 7 days of admission.
